I love designing graphics, not just logos, anything at all that enables me to create and design something unique and beautiful. Not all designs and projects are created equal. Some take a little longer than others but it's the whole process from start to finish, that I love. Please take a moment to review my policies and let me know if you have any questions at all.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4PM. CLosed on weekends and Holidays.
Please note that processing times (lead times) do not include weekends or Holidays.
My current turn around times are 3-5 Business Days. If you need your graphics quicker than that, I do offer a RUSH upgrade at a cost of $25. This will bump your order to the front of the line and your finished graphics will be to you within 24 hours.

Nothing physical will be shipped to you.
Your graphic order will be delivered to you via a link to Dropbox. You do not have to have an account with Dropbox inorder to receive your items. Dropbox is an outside file server I use and you will receive a link to your private folder that will have your graphic(s) stored in it .
I will provde you with an exact date that I will be purging your file from the server. I always give a 30 day window for you to save your items, however, if you need more time, it's never a problem and I am happy to to oblige.
If I purge the files and you have NOT saved your graphics, there will be a small fee to have them re-saved and re-uploaded to the Dropbox server.
Once your order is placed, it is non-refundable. If I haven't already started on your design(s) I will happily provide shop credit to you to use on another item/project of your choosing.
Due to the electronic nature of these purchases, once the graphics are delivered to you (this includes Instant Downloads), the sale becomes non-refundable.
Please be sure to check and double check all spelling and grammar on any custom graphic designs that you order. I do my absolute best to catch any spelling errors (on your end or mine!) but I'm only human and an error may go unnoticed.
